Nutritional (and Lifestyle) Advice for Adolescents
- Drink half of your weight in ounces of water to discharge the metabolitesof estrogen and testosterone in order to avoid acne.
- Don't drink coffee because sleep is especially important for teenagers.
- Don't drink soda. Each can carries at least 12 teaspoons of sugar. Sugar is oftentimes a trigger of cancer.
- Eat plenty of vegetables but small amounts of raw vegetables.
- Don't drink alcohol before 21 years of age. Alcohol will profoundly damage your brain cells and change your DNA expression.
