Nutritional (and Lifestyle) Advice for Adolescents

  1. Drink half of your weight in ounces of water to discharge the metabolitesof estrogen and testosterone in order to avoid acne.
  2. Don't drink coffee because sleep is especially important for teenagers.
  3. Don't drink soda. Each can carries at least 12 teaspoons of sugar. Sugar is oftentimes a trigger of cancer.
  4. Eat plenty of vegetables but small amounts of raw vegetables.
  5. Don't drink alcohol before 21 years of age. Alcohol will profoundly damage your brain cells and change your DNA expression.
