During Pregnancy
- Eat good sources of protein such as eggs and fish
- Include wild yam in your diet to balance your estrogen and progesterone. Low progesterone levels may be associated with child autism
- Consume none or very little of spicy foods. Too much of spicy foods during pregnancy can cause skin problems or allergies for your baby.
- Stop smoking and drinking alcohol.
- Cut down on caffeine.
