During Pregnancy

  1. Eat good sources of protein such as eggs and fish
  2. Include wild yam in your diet to balance your estrogen and progesterone. Low progesterone levels may be associated with child autism
  3. Consume none or very little of spicy foods. Too much of spicy foods during pregnancy can cause skin problems or allergies for your baby.
  4. Stop smoking and drinking alcohol.
  5. Cut down on caffeine.
